A community-driven housing organisation in London is seeking a motivated Housing Services Assistant to provide tenant support. You will assist with tenant inquiries, manage garage lettings, and ensure good communication between the organisation and its residents. This full-time role offers an hourly rate between £15.40 and £17.24.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Services Assistant should have:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
  • Experience working with the public in a customer-facing role.
  • A good general education (5 GCSEs or equivalent).
