As a Housing Scheme Officer at Hyde, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and engagement within our community. Youll play a key role in customer care, compliance, and scheme management, helping residents thrive in a secure and supportive environment.

Key Duties

Undertake regular customer wellbeing calls and visits, making referrals for care needs assessments and safeguarding as required.

Act as the point of contact for customers regarding communal services, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, building decorations, repairs, and ASB.

Lead on customer engagement, social events, and wellbeing activities to enhance community life.

Carry out Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance tests and inspections.

Take a lead role in the financial management of the scheme.
