Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor / FCILEx / Barrister | 5+ PQE | Birmingham

Location: Birmingham

Vacancy Type: Permanent

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of litigation and non-contentious matters while supporting partners on larger, complex cases.

• Running and managing your own caseload
• Acting directly with clients, managing expectations and deadlines
• Supervising junior staff, including paralegals
• Supporting business development and client marketing initiatives
• Preparing and delivering client training

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years PQE in housing management and property litigation
• CILEx lawyers must hold Civil Litigation Practice Rights
• Strong case management skills and ability to work independently
• Experience supervising junior staff
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, resilience, and determination to achieve positive outcomes
