Housing Management Officer (HMO)

Salary: £16.50 Umbrella

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 18.75 or 37.5 per week

Location: Multiple sites

DBS: Enhanced - On the update service Child and Adult cleared

Location: Kidderminster, Evesham and occassional travel to Bromsgrove and Redditch

You'll oversee rent accounts, allocations, voids, property maintenance, and build positive relationships with residents and local partners.

What you'll do as a Housing Management Officer:

• Support young people with tenancy responsibilities, benefits, and budgeting.
