About the Housing Lawyer position

Sellick Partnership is thrilled to be supporting a Local Authority in Essex with recruitment for a permanent Housing Lawyer. This is a full‑time opportunity, well suited to a lawyer with substantial experience in housing disrepair litigation. This is a hybrid working role, with office attendance required twice per week, and court attendance required as needed.

Responsibilities of the Housing Lawyer
  • A particular focus on disrepair cases, dealing with cases from pre‑litigation through to conclusion of litigation
  • Possession proceedings
  • Closure orders
  • Enforcement actions
