A community development organization in Belfast is looking for a Housing Development Coordinator. The role involves providing housing rights advice, coordinating engagement, and leading innovative housing developments. This 55-month role is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund and will drive high-impact housing support, development and innovation in the Market community.
Working from the Market Community Centre, MDA supports residents to secure high-quality housing solutions, build skills, and shape the future of the area through community-led development.
You\'ll provide comprehensive housing rights and advice, coordinate housing engagement, and lead education and skills programmes. You\'ll also support new housing developments, explore innovative ownership/tenure models, and lead housing-focused research and communications that increase visibility and impact.
Lead a long-term, resident-focused housing programme that blends rights-based support with practical development and community wealth building.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Market Community Centre, Belfast (office-based)
Salary: £37,035 per annum (gross)
Contract: 55 months (fixed-term)
Anticipated Start: October 2025
