A not-for-profit housing organization is seeking a Housing Assistant in Birmingham. The role involves managing housing services, assisting with tenancy and voids management, and building relationships with customers. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering tenancy services, strong organizational skills, and a full UK driving license. We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application which we will pay for.
