What You’ll Do
  • Lead with Excellence: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet our high cleaning standards and service levels.
  • Organize & Assign: Schedule and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time.
  • Inspect & Perfect: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering more as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Liaise with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Report & Resolve: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments promptly.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
