What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Conduct room and area inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet 5-star standards.
  • Support, train, and motivate room attendants and housekeeping staff.
  • Manage stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Step up as acting Assistant Head Housekeeper when required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and a guest‑first mindset.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
