Responsibilities
  • Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence.
  • Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required.
  • Lead, train, and motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest journey.
