Housekeeper Job - North Lincolnshire - £30,000+ GPA

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to look after a large formal home in Lincolnshire. Daily or Live in candidates considered.

The role will be a combination of hands‑on housekeeping, cleaning and also household laundry. Candidates must have experience of laundering bedding and using a roller press, steamer as well as the care of antiques. The Housekeeper should also have experience with the care of art and antiques and fine fabrics.

Ability to work on one’s own initiative, and be discreet and blend in the background.

Duties will include:

  • Hands on cleaning
  • Following the cleaning schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal basis
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Overall you will be responsible for the smooth running of the house and ensure that it is ready for use when the family visits but most importantly keeping it feeling like a family home

Normal hours of work will be 40 hours Monday to Friday with 2 weekends per month (time taken in lieu or extra pay).

Driver essential as rural location.

Accommodation could be available for the right candidate but local daily candidates also considered.

Candidate can have partner living there and following own career.

£30,000+ GPA.
