We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hourly Paid Lecturer who specialises in English to join our passionate and enthusiastic team at Bridgend College.
In this flexible role, you will deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE English and/or Essential Skills Communication, helping students develop the language and communication skills essential for their future success. Your responsibilities include planning, delivery, evaluation, assessment, ensuring learners achieve their potential and meet the curriculum requirements. You will provide engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learners, adapting strategies to ensure progress. Your role is central to supporting learners in gaining the qualifications they need.
Qualifications: hold a degree (or equivalent) in English, along with a PGCE certificate (or be prepared to obtain this). Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a passion for motivating all learners and supporting success.
