A regional NHS health board in Cardigan is looking for a part-time Hotel Services Assistant. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in clinical and non-clinical areas, preparing and serving food to patients, and responding to cleaning requests. We are currently seeking to recruit a confident and committed individual to join our team and be responsible for a high standard of cleaning and housekeeping services.
Join us in a permanent part-time role, working 18 hours per week, with hours between 13:00 and 20:00 spread over 5 days.
The successful candidate will play an active role within the support team; the main duties of the post include general cleaning of ward/departmental areas of the hospital.

Hotel Services Assistants are responsible for achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all clinical and non clinical environments, along with providing a food and beverage service to inpatients.
The main duties on a day to day basis , include general cleaning of the ward and departments, preparing and serving patient food and beverages 3 times a day, responding to requests for unscheduled cleaning, and working as a team alongside clinical staff to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
