Our client based in Portsmouth is looking for a Hotel Sales Manager to work on a part time (3 days a week) basis to increase corporate accounts, conference sales, successful RFP completion, attraction of new local, national and international clients, compilation of strategic sales plans in line with the overarching business. You will have key relationships with: Rooms and Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, Finance Manager, Hospitality Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract new business and retain existing clients. This role focuses on promoting the hotel’s services and facilities to corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential customers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
