Receptionist - Stunning Hotel in St Mawes: A beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of St Mawes is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a relaxed yet elegant environment, welcoming a high-end clientele. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a warm demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome. Please note: Part-time candidates must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle guest enquiries and provide local knowledge and recommendations
  • Coordinate bookings and reservations using the hotel's booking system
  • Maintain high presentation standards in the lobby and reception area
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, restaurant, and management teams
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
  • Support smooth day-to-day front desk operations
