A leading company in luxury goods is seeking a senior sales manager to drive sales growth across hotel accounts and distributors. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, developing strategic initiatives, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role: This role is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, focusing on both Hotel accounts and Distributors. The position oversees sales targets, ensuring a balance between customer retention and new business acquisition. A key aspect of the role is building and nurturing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction. As a senior representative of Molton Brown, you will act as a brand ambassador, elevating brand visibility across the multiple channels. Additionally, the role includes leading and motivating a team of six to deliver on commercial objectives and support long-term business growth.
