Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Hotel Duty Manager, to join its establishment, a luxury Hotel within the Aberdeenshire area.

As a key member of a driven management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Hotel during shifts, ensuring guests receive the highest of customer service, whilst maximising operational efficiency. Working closely with senior management, the successful Hotel Duty Manager will have experience within a Duty Manager/Assistant GM role, within a luxury hospitality setting.

Hotel Duty Manager responsibilities to include;

  • You will support the reception, reservations & housekeeping department with the day-to-day operation.
  • Undertake shifts on reception & reservations.
  • When required support the housekeeping department with the checking of rooms.
  • Support other HOD’s with training and induction to ensure we meet our legislative duties and help the development of our team members.
  • You will monitor guest trends and develop the service offering at the hotel to improve profitability.
  • You will form part of the duty manager rota, and partake In shifts as scheduled by the Hotel Manager.
  • Proactively look to rectify guest issues.
  • Respond to guest’s complaints face to face and in person.

Acting as part of the day-to-day management of the Hotel, you’ll be a strong leader with impeccable customer service skills and passionate towards delivering outstanding customer service.
