Join our team at Rochester Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Location: Medway Valley Leisure Park, Chariot Way, Strood, ME2 2SS

Hours: 30 hours a week

Contract type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

Pay rate: Up to £13.36 per hour (day shift)
