This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a prestigious 5-star hotel in New Milton, offering excellent benefits and live-in accommodation if required.

Responsibilities
  • As Hotel Duty Manager, take ownership of the hotel during shifts, ensuring smooth operations across all departments and delivering a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee both FOH and F&B operations with confidence.
  • Attend daily briefings to understand guest needs, VIPs and special occasions.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Handle guest requests, special requirements and complaints effectively.
  • Support teams to deliver a 5-star standard of service at all times.
  • Use OPERA Cloud knowledge (desirable) to support smooth hotel operations.
  • Drive between departments as required; a valid UK driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
  • Experience across front of house and F&B within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to lead shifts independently.
  • A guest-focused mindset, ensuring every visitor enjoys a 5-star experience.
  • Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is preferable but not essential.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
