Overview

Job Title: Hotel Duty Manager
Contract: Full time permanent
Salary: £28,269 per annum plus service charge + extensive benefits

We are searching for a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Duty Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hotel operations and act as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Supervise front-of-house teams and support staff performance and training.
  • Coordinate with all departments to maintain smooth, high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular property checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards.
  • Handle incidents, emergencies, and ensure proper reporting and handovers.
