Overview

Hotel Duty Manager — £31,930 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits — 40 hours over 5 days per week.

Join us at the Best Boutique Hotel in the World. Be the centre of the Guest Experience at The Newt in Somerset as our Duty Manager and be the key to our world of luxury and wonderment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the host team to deliver a seamless guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay communications and interactions.
• Perform daily Duty Manager shifts as the point of contact for guests and ensure the highest levels of guest care.
• Host tours, ensure guests are welcomed, and acknowledge return guests.
• Aid in recruitment, training, development and pastoral care of the team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
