A luxury hotel group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hotel Director to oversee hotel operations and maximize performance metrics across various departments including Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and more. Hotel Director

The Hotel Director oversees the functions of Hotel Operations onboard the vessel and is accountable for driving and maximizing positive results on all company based targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). The Hotel Operations Department consists of Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Finance, Entertainment, IT & Data Systems, Cruise Sales, and all onboard revenue-generating areas.   • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent (Preferred), or "on the job" progressive experience equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer software skills required.
