Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Butler, you will ensure the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities. You strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service.

Who we are looking for?

• A charismatic person who is confident and collaborative and holds pride in their work.
• Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hotels, or private estates.
• Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £41,000 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £38,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
