The Washington Guest Housein Clifton Bristol is looking for a fun organised customer service focussed Breakfast Supervisor to lead their breakfast department. As Breakfast Supervisor you will be one of the management team within the Washington. This part time role (always morning shifts) would be a great opportunity to combine with another part time job or perhaps studies or freelancing or other commitments.

You will be an early riser and will be able to bring a smile to the faces of our guests despite the early hour! Youll be reliable and trustworthy - this is a role that will see you open up the hotel in the morning so being able to arrive on time all the time is crucial.
Youll be a natural leader - able to motivate your team to produce the high quality breakfasts that The Washington has become renowned for!
You will also be able to juggle different priorities - there will be natural lulls during service and youll use this time to get admin work or orders placed so that the department runs efficiently.
Ideally youll have some front of house experience in a similar environment (hotel café restaurant etc) - possibly with some level of responsibility though that is not a deal breaker!
Above all youll be a great team player be able to bring some fun to the workplace and be willing to muck in!
