Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support daily front‑of‑house operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standards
  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure
  • Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordination
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands‑on, customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Food & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plus
