Location: EC3R 7NQ

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00am to 04:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • On a day-to-day basis you’ll plan, organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided both in Meeting Rooms & Dining Rooms
  • You’ll ensure that the service provided is first-class through training and motivating the team.
  • You’ll organise and supervise the team in preparing and presenting food to the highest quality.
  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
  • Work with the General Manager to maximise sales at the relevant site
  • You’ll ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
