Overview
As a Hospitality Senior Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary operations within a corporate hospitality environment. Your role is key to maintaining outstanding food quality, presentation, and service, while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence. You will work Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm for £38,000 pa. Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of high‑quality dishes for corporate events, meetings, and daily dining services.
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with company recipes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Menu Development
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop creative, seasonal menus tailored to corporate clients.
- Contribute ideas for themed events, special functions, and bespoke catering offerings.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistent adherence to culinary and safety standards.
- Promote a positive, collaborative working environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and creativity.
Quality Control
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation, making adjustments as required to maintain exceptional standards.
- Carry out regular kitchen checks to ensure cleanliness and full compliance with health and safety procedures.
Inventory Management
- Support effective stock control, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies in accordance with company policies.
- Minimise food waste through accurate portion control and efficient use of ingredients.
Customer & Client Engagement
- Participate in tastings, menu briefings, and presentations for corporate clients when required.
