Aramark UK is proud to deliver premium hospitality at Principality Stadium - Wales' most iconic venue. We're looking for an established Hospitality Manager to lead our match day and event hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for every guest.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment. You'll oversee the delivery of high‑quality hospitality across private suites, premium lounges and large‑scale banqueting, while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Your day
  • Manage all hospitality operations for match days, concerts and major events
  • Lead and motivate a large team of supervisors and service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and food standards at all times
  • Work closely with culinary and operations teams to maintain service quality and consistency
  • Oversee staffing plans, training and development to build a high‑performing team
  • Monitor budgets, control costs and maximise profitability without compromising quality
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery
You'll bring
  • Proven experience in hospitality management within stadiums, arenas, hotels, or large‑scale venues
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering premium guest experiences
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
