Casual Front of House Staff
Pay: £12.50 Per Hour
Location: Grove
Hours: 8 hours+ per week (Hours Vary)
Contract type: 6 months (temporary)

We are looking for committed, hardworking and reliable people to join us in delivering our varied calendar of exciting, premium events.

You will need to be available to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts on a casual contract basis. You can expect to support with both front and back of house events tasks, including room set‑ups, pot washing, covering reception and shop roles, waiting tables and bar service. Attention to detail, together with excellent customer service skills and desire to work to the highest standards are a must for this role.

Job Description

Join the Experience Centre team to deliver industry-leading experiences and events to our partners, sponsors, guests and customers at Atlassian Williams Racing HQ in Grove, Oxfordshire.

Main Duties:
  • Assisting our full‑time team in all aspects of the consistently excellent delivery of public, partner and internal events.
  • Setting up and packing down rooms and equipment for meetings and events accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent, welcoming customer service to every guest who enters the building, including covering on reception.
  • Assisting with catering delivery and clearing – from buffet lunches to high‑end formal dinners.
  • Bar service (if over 18).
  • Supporting with the Williams merchandise shop sales and organisation.
  • Keeping front and back of house areas clean and tidy, including pot‑washing, polishing and sorting linen for laundry.

  • Guest experience: Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications and Experience Level:
  • An enthusiastic self‑starter, with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and follow direction accurately.
  • A problem solver, able to use initiative to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Able to work flexibly with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Experience working in a customer‑facing role (desirable, but not essential).
