A leading private hospital in Surrey is seeking a Hospital Support Administrator to provide efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will manage recruitment activities, assist with financial procedures, ensure confidentiality, and support cross-department leads. As a Hospital Support Administrator at our Woking hospital , you will support the coordination and administration of our recruitment activities, including the coordination of interviews and some pre‑employment activities i.e., DBS checks, enabling a positive candidate experience. The role will also see you providing effective administrative support within the hospital by supporting cross‑department leads across a range of administrative tasks while managing information appropriately. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration and / or HR administration experience, but this isn’t essential.

Our Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey, South East England. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities and CPD programme. Our specialities include Women’s and Men’s health, Orthopaedics, and Eye Care with many more available. We are registered for 27 beds with en‑suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre‑Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
