• Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy assistants.
• Ensure quality in dispensing and medicine delivery.
• Plan and manage workload of the team.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Contribute to new services and procedures.
• Coordinate medication preparation and stock control.
• Execute dispensary duties and line management responsibilities.
