Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Maintenance Shift Technician to join their in-house maintenance team. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance services and act as a competent person for safe operation. Candidates should have City & Guilds Level 3 qualifications and previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance position. Qualifications

• Experience in a shift technician role within a complex environment.
• Ability to assist with emergency tasks such as fire alarms and heating failures.

Responsibilities

• Perform unsupervised work including maintenance and repairs.
• Directly supervise contractors on site out of normal working hours.
• Respond to urgent situations like lift entrapment.

Skills

City & Guilds in Electrical and/or Mechanical Services Level 3

Previous experience in a multi skilled maintenance position

Good problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work alone or as part of a team

Education
