This position may require rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and infection control practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, operating rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Dispose of waste, including biohazard materials safely.
• Restock supplies in designated areas.
• Follow infection control procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
