Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a HCA/Health Care Support Worker in healthcare or community settings.
  • Awareness of the bereavement process and end-of-life needs.
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Teams/Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Support patients to maintain independence, choice, and control over their care.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team.

Skills

Education

Care Certificate or Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
