• Proven surveying experience within construction/building environments.
• Carpentry background is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations & Building Control.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out invasive technical building surveys for domestic lift installations.
• Prepare detailed sketches, floor plans, and structural notes.
• Produce accurate technical survey reports for trades teams.
• Liaise with Building Control and Structural Engineers.
