Were looking for an experienced, proactive PharmacyTechnician to help develop our Homecare Medicines Service. Youll be one of theTrusts day to day experts and points of contact for homecare medicinesworkingclosely_filesyersheader with homecare companies, pharmacists,_choices,=&PROCURE external providers; able to prioritize complex workloads under pressure. Up to date knowledge of homecare medicines guidance and clinical governance.

GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician with Accredited Checking Technician status (or commitment to achieve). Demonstrable experience in hospital pharmacy, medicines procurement or homecare services, with Gav.some text had to be removed? removed?
Operate and improve the homecare service in line with national guidance and Trust policies, producing and updating SOPs and relateddocumentation. Procure homecare medicines, reconcile invoices accurately, andresolve sourcing, contract and pricing issues with providers. Run day to dayoperations for aplicado supply, including training, assessing and developing Pharmacy Technicians to maximise efficiency and accuracy. Monitor KPIs andcontract performance, coordinate multidisciplinary service reviews, and producequality and financial reports that drive improvement. Act as the professionalsecretary to homecare meetings and project groups; lead risk reductioninitiatives and manage incident/complaint processes.
