A prominent NHS organization located in Greater London is seeking an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive support to its multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing service user records, handling enquiries, and preparing reports. Candidates should have at least 2 years of secretarial experience, be computer literate, and possess excellent communication skills. To provide an integrated and comprehensive administration and secretarial role supporting the multidisciplinary team in developing self‑directed support plans, home‑care packages and residential packages for clients using a person‑centre approach and good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. The role will assist staff to assemble and contract with the right services to meet each client’s needs and outcomes following an assessment of their needs for home care or residential packages. The role will include the organisation of filing systems and service users’ records and competent keyboard skills, and liaise with external agencies as required.
