Qualifications

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Support Workers to join our Reablement & TEC service team. This rewarding role helps people regain their independence following illness, injury, or hospital discharge.

What will you be doing
  • Providing short-term, goal focused support to individuals in their own homes to help then regain daily living skills and confidence.
  • Working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-cantered reablement plans.
  • Supporting service users to use and benefit from Technology Enabled Care solutions, such as personal alarms.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence, wellbeing and safety at all times.
  • Monitoring progress, reporting changes, and contributing to care planning and reviews.

We are looking for a caring and empathetic nature with strong commitment to promoting independence. Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use basic technology( smartphones, care devices) or willingness to learn. Experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential- full training will be provided. A valid driving licence.
