A community-focused housing provider in Forres is looking for a Home Support Worker to join their team. The role involves assisting vulnerable adults with personal care and daily tasks to promote independence. Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for helping others, flexibility in working hours, and the willingness to obtain necessary qualifications like SVQ 3. Location: Varis Court, Forres
Working Hours: Up to 35-hours per week (various contracts)
Remuneration: £23,095 Starting Salary (salary during 6-month probation period)
£24,250 (upon completion of successful probation)

Our Care at Home services is Development based and provide enhanced provision to support adults with varying needs including physically disabled, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults in their own home to live as independently as they are able with a responsive service adapting to their care needs in line with care and support plans.

ThisPermanent Home Support Worker – Varis Court, Forres role involves working on a rota covering various shifts over 2 shift patterns early & late including some weekends and public holidays. This rota is a rolling rota to support a work life balance working various hours – part time/full time (can be discussed at interview stage).You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly, innovatively and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way. Promoting independence and encouraging customers to exercise choice. Home Support Workers are responsible for providing personal care and housing support in line with care plans agreed by the customer.
