Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience of managing a team.
  • Experience working with children presenting challenging behaviours.
  • Full UK Driving licence.

  • Safeguarding experience required.

  • Build positive relationships with families and external agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
