Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 with a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
  • Must be able to lift shopping containers weighing up to 15 kg.

Job description
What you’ll be doing

Deliver groceries by driving a 3.5 tonne van to customers’ doorsteps, on time and in good condition.

  • Complete checks to ensure the van is organized, clean and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road
  • Drive safely in a variety of locations and conditions
  • Serve customers brilliantly, assist with questions and substitutions, and keep them informed of any delays
  • Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
  • When not delivering, help across the store as needed

Eligibility
  • You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points
  • You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
