What You’re Going to Do:

• Provide Personal Care: While preserving their comfort and dignity, help clients with personal care activities such as clothing, grooming, toileting, and bathing.
• Support Daily Living: Assist clients with everyday tasks like shopping, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and food preparation.
• Offer Companionship: Assist customers in feeling less alone and more connected by offering them emotional support and company.
• Perform Wellbeing Checks: Make that clients are safe, comfortable, and having their needs met by conducting routine wellbeing checks.
• Assure Compliance: Follow all business guidelines, including those pertaining to care standards, client privacy, and health and safety.
• Participate in team meetings and exchange ideas to improve our care procedures and service offerings as a way to support continuous improvement.

• Experience in Care: While prior caregiving experience is ideal, a sincere desire to assist others is crucial.
