Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care - DRIVER REQUIRED)

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible shifts available, between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm.

What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety, comfort, and needs are met.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and processes.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive demeanor with a passion for assisting those in need.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and families.
  • Collaborator: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
