Overview

Home care workers required to provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. To portray a professional image and represent the company in line with the companies high standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Personal care tasks, assistance with personal hygiene, management of continence, and assist to and from bed.
• Contribute to the ongoing support of people using the services and their relatives.
• Assisting with any continence needs, to provide assistance with daily living skills and anything that the person may not be able to manage alone.
• Reducing social inclusion and helping people accessing the community.
