We are looking for kind, reliable and caring individuals to join our team as a Home Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer in Holton-le-Clay. Areas covered: A16 areas (Holton-le-clay up to Louth and surrounding villages) Shift patterns: 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm

Responsibilities

• As a Hales Care Assistant in Holton-le-Clay, you'll support people to live safely and independently in their own homes by:
• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Helping with shopping and light household tasks
