Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service, oversee daily store operations (including opening and closing routines), and drive efficiency in store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge, and act as talent leaders by driving recruiting, training, engagement and development. With a promote-from-within philosophy, Assistant Managers build a foundation for future leadership in the store's organization.
