A global aerospace company is seeking a Facilities Management Leader in Bristol to oversee operational excellence at key sites. This role requires managing supplier performance, regulatory compliance, and financial targets while engaging and developing teams. In this pivotal role within the Facilities Management and Real Estate organization, you will hold direct accountability for the technical heartbeat of our Filton and Newport sites, ensuring operational excellence across all workspace infrastructure. You will act as a strategic lead, translating complex regulatory requirements into robust governance frameworks that guarantee full compliance and site resilience. By managing high‑value supplier partnerships, you will drive peak performance and meet rigorous financial targets, directly influencing the efficiency of our physical estate. This position offers the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between high‑level strategic objectives and day‑to‑day maintenance delivery in a high‑stakes environment. Ultimately, your leadership will ensure that our critical infrastructure remains a stable, high‑performing foundation for the organization's broader mission.
