The Role - HLTA

I am working with a school based in Enfield who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join them in September 2025 to assist students from year 7 to 11.

The HLTA role will require an individual with excellent literacy, communication, and organisational skills as well as the ability to work flexibly.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with the ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.

You will need to have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and must have 6 months or more experience of working within a similar setting.
