We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic SEND department. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting the learning and development of pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored interventions to individuals and small groups.
  • Support the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons.
  • Cover classes during teacher absence as required.
  • Assist with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
  • Support pupils with SEND in accessing the curriculum and developing key skills.
