About the Role We're seeking a proactive Hire Fleet Team Leader to join our dynamic team at 4th Dimension Innovation. In this role, you'll lead our Hire Fleet Team, ensuring service excellence, legal compliance, and a seamless customer journey for clients receiving hire bikes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support coordinators and administrators to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Manage allocation of hire bikes, breakdowns, off-site maintenance, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee daily and weekly reporting of key metrics (MI) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Review and improve processes, introducing automation and lean practices where possible.
  • Conduct team 1-2-1s, appraisals, and set training/progression targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (TCF, DPA, HSE).
  • Lead by example, promoting our values of Integrity, Passion, Innovation, and Excellence.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in fleet, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
